Is the paper jewelry really water-resistant?
Yes, each piece of jewelry receives a special treatment and finish that protects it against water and humidity. You can wear it daily with peace of mind. However, we recommend avoiding bathing with them in the shower, pool, or sea. Also, avoid getting perfume or lotion on them. When going to sleep, remove your earrings and store them in a dry place to ensure their maximum durability.
What type of paper do you use?
We work with high-quality paper, and in many of our processes, we give a second chance to reused and recycled materials, transforming them into unique, eco-friendly pieces of art.
Can I customize the colors of my flowers or jewelry?
Yes, you can customize the colors of most of our designs according to your preferences.
Do you do corporate orders or orders for special events?
Yes, we design custom pieces and illustrations and corporate gifts.
Do you ship all over Colombia?
Yes, we make nationwide shipments within Colombia. The shipping cost is additional to the product price and is calculated based on the destination city at checkout. In Bogotá, we have a courier service, and nationwide we manage shipping with certified companies like Servientrega, Interrapidisimo, or Coordinadora.
How far in advance should I place my custom order?
- In-stock products: Shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
- Custom orders or portraits: Since they are 100% handcrafted pieces, production time varies depending on the complexity of the design. We normally require 8 to 10 business days. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure every detail is perfect.
How should I clean my paper flowers and illustrations?
It is very simple: to keep them dust-free, we advise using a soft-bristled brush or even blowing gently on them. Always avoid using damp cloths or cleaning products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct transfers (Nequi, Daviplata, Bancolombia) and, through our BOLD payment link, you can pay securely using credit cards, debit cards, or PSE.
What kind of custom illustrations do you make?
Although we can create any illustration you imagine, our specialty is pet portraits and children’s designs. Through a minimalist style, we seek to capture the essence of every detail, giving each of our pieces a unique, singular character full of authenticity.
Do you ship outside of Colombia? (International shipping)
For now, our standard shipping coverage is strictly within Colombia. However, if you would like to receive an order in another country, feel free to contact us and we will gladly evaluate the feasibility and costs to arrange an international delivery.
What materials do you use for the bases of your designs?
Depending on the design, for our vases we use glass bases that bring elegance and transparency. For our frames, we create a “living frame” concept so you can appreciate the volume and details of the paper in multiple dimensions. They are mounted on MDF wood boards, and for special designs (like magnets or Christmas ornaments), we repurpose reused elements, such as the metal bases of tea light candles or Polaroid photo cartridges, transforming them into unique art pieces.
